Unlike any Spanish class you have ever attended, our fun, interactive workshops bring the color and flavor of Latino culture to you through music and song as you learn Spanish for perinatal health care. Unique, creative teaching techniques combine the rhythms of the Caribbean and Latin America with interactive language acquisition strategies to ensure learning and enhance student participation. Workshops combine culture and language to bring you a fuller understanding of the diversity of the Hispanic culture and the different ways to health and wellness. This is not another boring "Spanish for Medical Professionals" class. Our training dynamic has become a national model. The program is grounded in solid theories of adult education and implements strategies appropriate to adult second language acquisition.
